Prices & Payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Bankcard) or internet banking transfer. Full payment is required prior to delivery of your product and is requested in the check out process. An invoice will be emailed to you once full payment has been received.

Custom Designed Payment Terms
Custom designed products will be quoted separately. Each custom designed order takes time and creativity. As such we require a deposit of 50% of the total before we commence designing. Final payment will need to be made at the time of final artwork. We are unable to print and complete your order until full payment has been made.

Shipping & Delivery
To ensure that your order is delivered promptly and securely we use Australia Post Express Post Envelopes and Satchels for all orders being posted within Australia. If your order is not received within the time advised, we will endeavour to trace your order, however no responsibility is taken for damage to goods caused by Australia Post.

For most products, delivery should be within 10 (ten) working days of approving your order unless otherwise advised by Milestones 2 Memories.

For all orders outside of Australia, delivery prices will be quoted separately. International orders may be placed, however may be subject to additional import duties and taxes.

All materials you provide to us to complete your order will be returned to you via Express Post with your order. All care but no responsibility can be taken for delivery of these materials once it leaves our premises.

Proofing & Content
You will receive an Adobe PDF via your nominated email address. If you see any errors or would like to make any changes after receiving your PDF, please contact us as soon as possible. One set of corrections or changes will be processed and a new proof provide for approval at no additional charge, however charges may apply to all subsequent changes based on the extent of the changes and the time required to amend the file.

It is your responsibility to ensure all text and content are correct. We do not take responsibility for your omissions or errors. Spelling and punctuation checks are your responsibility.

Colour may vary due to the printing process. We recommend using hi-resolution images on our photo/image upload products. Low-resolution images will produce an inferior result.

We may at our discretion improve the design/layout if we feel the font size or picture size will not achieve a good end result.

Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund policy if the product you have received is not as shown on your proof. Items must be returned within 7-days in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods. Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. No refunds will be given on custom designed invitations.

If you have changed your mind, orders may be cancelled and a full refund given if no printing has commenced. Please contact us to check the status of your order. Cancellations will only be accepted by email or phone.

Substitute products
Should Milestones 2 Memories be unable to supply to the exact specifications of the ordered product we shall advise you within 24 hours of the first working day from which you placed your order and provide a substitute. You are under no obligation to accept the substitute.

Ownership & Copyright
All designs remain the property of Milestones 2 Memories and may not be sold, copied or reproduced without written permission from Milestones 2 Memories.

All images you supply to us are to be provided with the expressed consent of the owners of these images. At no time are you supply images to us for reproduction which are breaking copyright.

All materials you provide to us to completed your order will be returned to you via Express Post with your order. All care but no responsibility can be taken for delivery of these materials once it leaves our premises.
