| What if I want something different from the designs you have displayed? |
| Milestones 2 Memories has a custom design service so that you can design an invitation, a photo board or any other item for your special milestone or memory by
contacting us. For
a small fee we can work with you to create a unique design just for you.
This service is particularly popular for Corporate and Business Clients who
would like to incorporate their logo and corporate colours into their
design. However, our pricing structure makes it affordable for everyone to
have exactly what they want! Visit our

| Can I order a sample? |
Due to the nature of our product range we are only able to supply samples for certain products.
We can supply samples of all of our invitations and announcements.
To request a sample of an invitation or announcement simply press the button “Request a Sample” on the page that displays the product that you would like.
Our samples use generic images and text. They are representative of the quality of the printing and the stock that is used.
For all other products please contact us and we will assist you in making decisions about designs and products. |
| What resolution do my digital images need to be? |
We recommend that your photos are high resolution jpeg images for quality print assurance. The larger the file, the better the end result will be. Most digital cameras will take high resolution photos. If you are scanning your photo, select at least 300dpi format and save as a jpeg format. |
| What if I only have prints or slides of my photos? |
We can scan your prints or slides, or you can scan them yourself before providing them to us. We estimate it will cost $5 per scan for small to medium products such as invitations and multi-image photo boards. Larger products may require higher resolution scanning. You will need to <contact us> if you would like us to scan your images. Please provide a return addressed Express Post envelope when sending material and we will return all materials to you. |
| What do I do if I have problems uploading digital files? |
If your image file isn't uploading correctly, you can still place your order however rather than uploading your files simply email your images to design@milestones2memories.com.au |
| Can I have my guests names printed on to invitations and announcements? |
Yes, we can print your guests' names onto their invitation. You just need to select personalisation in the Order box, download the spreadsheet, complete required details and email back to us prior to your order commencement. We also offer the same service for your guests' address, where we will print their address onto a clear or matching label to go onto the envelope prior to posting. |
| How long will it take for my order to arrive? |
To ensure that your order is delivered promptly and securely we use Australia Post Express Post Envelopes and Satchels for all orders being posted within Australia. If your order is not received within the time advised, we will endeavour to trace your order, however no responsibility is taken for damage or lost goods caused by Australia Post.
For most products, delivery should be within 10 (ten) working days of approving your design unless otherwise advised by Milestones 2 Memories.
International orders may be placed, however may be subject to additional import duties and taxes. For all orders outside of Australia, delivery prices will be quoted separately. |
| Who is responsible for proofing the design, images and wording? |
Within 3-5 days of receiving your order you will receive an Adobe PDF via your nominated email address. If you see any errors after receiving your PDF, please contact us immediately.
It is your responsibility to ensure all text and content are correct. We do not take responsibility for your omissions or errors. Spelling and punctuation checks are your responsibility.
Colour may vary due to the printing process. We recommend using hi-resolution images on our photo/image upload products. Low-resolution images will produce an inferior result.
We may at our discretion improve the design/layout if we feel the font size or picture size will not achieve a good end result. |
| What is your refund policy? |
We offer a 7-day refund policy if the product you have received is not as shown on your proof. Items must be returned within 7-days in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods. Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. No refunds will be given on custom designed invitations.
If you have changed your mind, orders may be cancelled and a full refund given if no printing has commenced. Please contact us to check the status of your order. Cancellations will only be accepted by email or phone.

| What happens if you have problems supplying the exact product that I have ordered? |
Should Milestones 2 Memories be unable to supply to the exact specifications of the ordered product we shall advise you within 24 hours of the first working day from which you placed your order and provide an alternate. You are under no obligation to accept the alternative option. |
| What if I see a design in
a different category that I would like to use for another milestone? |
For a fee of $20 we can alter one of our designs to suit an occasion
that it may not have been originally designed for. |
